Well, not much to report from my months of inactivity here. Got moved into a new apartment about a week after Christmas, and picked up a nice big ol' desk in the process. That added to a new set of pencils means that I've been drawing stuff again. Haven't actually done much drawing since I got to college, mostly because I haven't had a comfortable place to sit down and work on it outside of class, which is probably why it's so hard to shake my habit of doodling during Organic Chem. lectures. Hot diggity damn it's been a long time since I changed anything here. I'm surprised it's even still around. Anyway, since I'm now living in Duluth for the summer and don't have much to do with my time without school going on, I've turned back to Photoshop. This time, however, I seem to be better at applying basic drawing concepts that I'm pretty familiar with to it. You'd think that I would've made the connection before, but I guess not having an actual pencil in my hand really throws me. I really need to get a scanner up here too. Jay's been hounding me to pound out artwork for a webiste he's making, artwork that's all drawn and everything

My friend Whitney wrote this, and I thought it deserved to have a place somewhere online where people might see it and appreciate it. Nothing special, but she wrote it off the top of her head in the shower.
